Aber seit 5 Minuten ist es endlich Wochenende, und Samstag wird ausgeruht! Diese Woche haben wir viel über Team-Building und Einheit im Team gelernt. Meiner Meinung nach ein Thema über das endlos geredet werden kann.... es beinhaltet u.a. die Schwächen und Stärken jedes Teammitglieds zu erlernen und zu fördern, Konflikte auf eine gesunde Weise zu lösen, Durchschaubar und verwundbar zu sein, uvm... Wir waren nicht nur im Klassenzimmer, sondern viel draussen mit verschiedenen Aktivitäten zum Thema Team Building. Mein Lieblingsteil dieser Woche war ein Persönlichkeits-test, den ich vor 2 Jahren schonmal gemacht hab, der aber dieses Mal ein bisschen anders ausssah.

Es ist ein bisschen schwer alle Wörter auf Englisch zu verstehen, aber ich arbeite daran, ihn auf Deutsch zu übersetzen.
Hier sind die 4 Persönlichkeits-Typen kurz in Englisch und Deutsch erklärt:
